Day 1: Arrive in Hangzhou & Zhouzhuang Night Tour
Your guide will meet you at Hangzhou airport or train station upon arrival. We will drive directly to Zhouzhuang, the most famous water town in China. Explore the ancient town with its stone bridges, narrow alleys and riverside houses. In the evening, enjoy the magical night tour of Zhouzhuang when the town is beautifully illuminated. Overnight in Zhouzhuang.
Day 2: Suzhou Gardens & Wuzhen Xizha
Drive to Suzhou in the morning. First visit Humble Administrator's Garden, the masterpiece of Chinese classical gardens. Then visit Hanshan Temple, a famous Buddhist temple with a history of over 1,400 years. In the afternoon, transfer to Wuzhen and explore Wuzhen Xizha, the most beautiful section of Wuzhen. Stay overnight in Wuzhen to experience the peaceful night atmosphere.
Day 3: Nanxun Ancient Town & Optional Show
Visit Nanxun Ancient Town in the morning, a less crowded but equally beautiful water town with magnificent mansions and gardens. In the afternoon, return to Hangzhou. Optional activity: watch the world-famous "Songcheng Eternal Love" stage show (additional cost: $47 per person), one of the most popular performances in China. Overnight in Hangzhou.
Day 4: West Lake & Departure
Start your day with a scenic cruise on West Lake, enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. After the cruise, walk along Qinghefang Ancient Street, a historic pedestrian street with traditional shops, snack stalls and souvenir stores. At the scheduled time, your driver will transfer you to Hangzhou airport or train station for your departure.
