Day 1: Arrive in Suzhou & Zhouzhuang Night Tour
Your personal driver will meet you at Suzhou airport or train station upon arrival. We will drive directly to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, the most famous water town in China. Explore the ancient town with its stone bridges, narrow alleys and riverside houses. In the evening, enjoy the magical night tour of Zhouzhuang when the town is beautifully illuminated. Overnight in Zhouzhuang.
Day 2: Classical Suzhou Culture Tour
Drive back to Suzhou in the morning. First visit Hanshan Temple, a famous Buddhist temple with a history of over 1,400 years, and the adjacent Fengqiao Bridge. Then visit Humble Administrator's Garden, the largest and most famous classical garden in Suzhou. Next, explore Suzhou Museum, designed by the legendary architect I.M. Pei, which perfectly blends traditional Suzhou architecture with modern design. End the day by strolling along Pingjiang Road, a well-preserved ancient street with many local snacks and boutique shops. Overnight in Suzhou.
Day 3: Modern Suzhou & Departure
Start your day exploring Jinji Lake, the beautiful lake in Suzhou's new city center. Walk along Ligongdi Causeway with its stunning lake views and restaurants. Then visit Eslite Bookstore, a cultural landmark combining books, art and lifestyle. Take photos with the iconic Gate of the Orient, also known as the "Pants Building". At the scheduled time, your driver will transfer you to Suzhou airport or train station for your departure.
