Day 1: Arrive in Nanjing & Buddhist Culture Tour
Your guide will meet you at Nanjing airport or train station upon arrival. First, we will drive to Niushou Mountain, a famous Buddhist holy land. The highlight is the magnificent Buddha's Top Palace, a world-class architectural masterpiece housing a sacred Buddha relic. In the evening, visit Confucius Temple and take a walk along the Qinhuai River, enjoying the beautiful night view of the ancient water town. Overnight in Nanjing.

Day 2: Modern History & City Exploration
Start your day with a visit to Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, the grand memorial to Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the founder of modern China. Then you have two options:
- Option A: Visit Nanjing Museum, one of China's top three museums with over 400,000 cultural relics
- Option B: Explore Xuanwu Lake (the largest imperial lake in China) and visit the ancient Jiming Temple
In the evening, wander through Laomendong Historic District, a beautifully restored area with traditional courtyard houses, boutique shops and local snacks. Overnight in Nanjing.

Day 3: Historic Sites & Local Food Experience
Today you have three options for the morning:
- Option A: Visit the Presidential Palace, the former headquarters of the Republic of China with a history of over 600 years
- Option B: Go to Hongshan Forest Zoo, one of China's best zoos famous for its giant pandas and red pandas

Option C: Explore the Six Dynasties Museum, dedicated to the history of the Six Dynasties period (222-589 AD)Then head to Kexiang Food Street, a favorite among locals, to taste authentic Nanjing snacks. In the afternoon, visit Dabao'en Temple Ruins Park, where you can see the ruins of the ancient Dabao'en Temple and the modern reconstruction of the famous glazed pagoda.
