Day 1: Arrive in Shanghai & Classic City Highlights

Your personal driver will meet you at Shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao airport/train station with a name sign. Start your tour at City God Temple, a bustling traditional complex with ancient temples, local snack stalls and souvenir shops. Then walk along The Bund, Shanghai's iconic waterfront lined with 52 historic European-style buildings. End the daytime by strolling down Nanjing Road, China's most famous shopping street.
Optional evening activity: Take the high-speed elevator to the observation deck of Jin Mao Tower for a bird's-eye view of the city, or enjoy a Huangpu River Cruise to see the spectacular night skyline. Overnight in Shanghai.

Day 2: Shanghai → Suzhou → Xitang → Wuzhen

After breakfast, drive to Suzhou, the "City of Gardens". Visit Lingering Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its perfect balance of architecture, water, rocks and plants. Then continue to Xitang Ancient Town, a well-preserved water town with over 1,000 years of history, famous for its 104 ancient bridges and narrow lanes. In the afternoon, transfer to Wuzhen Xizha, the most scenic section of Wuzhen. Explore the ancient town and enjoy the charming riverside scenery. Overnight in Wuzhen.

Day 3: Wuzhen → Shaoxing → Hangzhou

After breakfast, drive to Shaoxing, a historic city known as the "hometown of scholars". First visit Lu Xun Native Place, where you can see the former residence of Lu Xun, his ancestral home and the Sanwei Study where he studied as a child. Then go to Keyan Scenic Area & Jianhu Lake, a beautiful natural and cultural site. Take a traditional Wupeng Boat ride across Jianhu Lake, a unique experience that captures the essence of Shaoxing's water culture. In the afternoon, drive to Hangzhou.
Optional evening activity: Watch the spectacular "Songcheng Eternal Love" stage show, a breathtaking performance that brings 1,000 years of Hangzhou's history to life. Overnight in Hangzhou.

Day 4: West Lake Leisure Tour & Departure

Start your day with a leisurely stroll along West Lake. You can walk along the Su Causeway, admire the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon (featured on the back of the 1-yuan RMB note), or simply relax by the lake and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. After that, visit Qinghefang Ancient Street, a historic pedestrian street with traditional shops, tea houses and local snacks. At the scheduled time, your driver will transfer you to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport or railway station for your departure.
